September 14, 2007, Newsletter Issue #184: Who to Write the Check Out To
1
Tip of the Week
If the bride will be taking her husband's last name, then you can write the check out to “Mr. and Mrs. Right”. If the bride will keep her maiden name, then write both names on the check. If you are still uncomfortable about which name you should use, ask the bride or groom. They can easily tell you whose name is preferable. Alternatively, you can give cash or a gift card to one of the stores that they are registered at.
